  • Hi adli

first things first, confirm that whether you have created this database during search service application. If you are not sure, you can open search service application and see if this database is listed in the list of databases or not. It should be listing 4 databases.

Considering that its not being used by search service application and if this db does not exists on SQL, you can just try to clear configuration cache on your wfe server. If that does not resolve it, try to do an iisreset on wfe server which should remove references being generated from wfe server.

    Thanks

  • Hi adil,

Ensure to check the below settings to get rid of the error:
    ·  Ensure SQL database and services are running.

    ·  Ensure The SharePoint Search Account does have the required permissions to the SQL Server database.

    ·  Ensure the Search Service account has Admin privileges in Search service application.

    ·  Ensure there is enough disk space on drives on the DB servers.

Here is a solution, please have a try:

  • Hi,

This seems a simple permission issue, but could be more.

Check the settings of your Search Service Application if this DB is being referred anywhere or not.
