Force additional time for all meetings in a conference room

Question
-
I have been asked if it is possible to have a conference room resource calendar add 30 minutes to every appointment it accepts. Certain conference rooms are used for video conferences and it takes a while to set up each call and if the meetings are back to back the second meeting is always late in starting.

I would setup a delegate for those rooms. Let the delegate respond or approve/disaprove the room if they feel its not enough time. ( This sounds like a problem that should be solved with better instructions for the video equipment)
I dont know a way to automtically add 30 minutes to each meeting request.

Yes, you can set delegate on conference room, let delegate to change the time.
You can follow this to set delegate on conference room:
Resource Mailboxes in Exchange 2010 (Part 2) (Manual Request Responses)
Thanks,

Thanks, I thought that was the answer but asa usual management was hoping to use a technical solution rather than rely on training humans.
