Active Directory: closing/updating accounts for resources w/o an AD account RRS feed

• Question

• In Project Server 2013 the resource pool is synchronized with Active Directory. There are a couple of resources who left the organization and their Active Directory accounts closed before their PWA resource pool accounts could be closed/set to inactive, a Latest Available date assigned and Current Max. Units (%) changed to zero. These two resources continue to show as having capacity but as the Active Directory accounts have been closed the accounts cannot be updated. Can anyone suggest a remedy or workaround for this problem?

Thank you,

• Hi Hello

It would be best to go to each project and set the remaining work to zero for each resources assignment and then published. This will remove the resource load.

You can also deactive the user by going to
Server Settings \ Manage Users \ select user and then check the DEACTIVATE.
