SharePoint 2013 Upload Document error - This page can’t be displayed

Question
-
Hi, we upgraded our SharePoint environment from SharePoint Services 2.0 to SharePoint Enterprise 2013. For the past 4 months users were able to upload documents to SharePoint site without issue. However, starting last Thursday users started reporting they were unable to upload documents using the Upload Document button in the Files ribbon. After selecting a file and choosing OK the loading animation runs until the message "This page can't be displayed" appears in the SharePoint dialog box. The other options in the New section of the Files ribbon work without issue (New Document, New Folder). Uploading files via Windows Explorer works as well.
Any insight you can provide to assist in resolving the issue would be appreciated.

Hi jmcclainDDS,
From your description, when uploading documents to SharePoint, an error occurs showing “This page can't be displayed”.
I can reproduce the issue when uploading a large file. Increasing the maximum upload size in CA and connection tome-out in IIS can solve my issue. Here are more workaround that can resolve the issue:
If this is not the case, the link below provide more troubleshooting details:
