Hi NZHP,
To protect your privacy, I have covered some private information in your picture. Thanks for your understanding.
Does anyone else have the same issue?
If only some users meet with this problem, try to clear the client cache as below steps:
- Please sign out the skype for business client and delete your sign-in information on the skype for business client and close your client.
- Navigate to %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync and delete the sip_ profile name folder.
- Delete all files in the Tracing folder, but not the Tracing folder itself.
- Please restart your skype for business and check if it can make any difference.
Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant can test to figure out what’s wrong and offers the best solution for the identified problem.
If all users are in trouble, it recommends you check if you configure the DNS records correctly. The following image is for your reference:
If your environment is online, you can refer to this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/SkypeForBusiness/troubleshoot/online-configuration/dns-configuration-issue.
