WSUS doesn't launch after update 2938066

  Hello, I can’t launch WSUS after i tried to install update 2938066 on WSUS server to harden WSUS.

  (Update for WSUS 2938066)

  Update didn't install, there was an error during installation:

  An error occurred during the installation of assembly. ‘Microsoft .UpdateServices .Utils ,f ile Version="3.1.7600.274" ,version="3.1.6001.001" ₁culture="neutral" .publicKey Token="31 BF3856AD364E35",processor Architecture="MSIL"‘ Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0x80070020.
