Skype Enterprise voice / Mobile question

Question
-
Hi there
We are looking at the EMS suite to mobilize our users.
One particular piece I was interested was Skype Enterprise voice on mobile which I presume is via the Skype iOS/Android app.
Had a few questions -
1. Can this be used for inbound calling as well as outbound?
2. Is there a 'number' assigned to each user? Will this facilitate Fixed Mobile Convergence (i.e desk numbers being available on mobile)
3. Will the app always run on iOS
4. Will the app use Data or voice? There maybe issues if the app is data only and eats into data consumption.

Hi Alex White,
Agree with Shankar.Paulraj.
If you want to use PSTN calls, you need to assign phone number for the users, I will share a document about how to assign phone numbers for the users, for details, please refer to
https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/nexthop/2011/11/30/assigning-telephone-numbers-to-lync-enterprise-voice-users/As a supplement, if you want to use SFB mobility, you need to deploy Reverse Proxy for your environment because the reverse proxy is the required component for SFB mobility, you could refer to the following blog to configure your reverse proxy:
Using F5 BIG-IP as SFB reverse proxy
