I create the Domain in win 2008 server and i also add a user to the domain. I also Configred the Client pc with XP as OS. But when i try to login from client side with the user name first time it ask for Password change then after that when i try to login with new password it throw an error message that "local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively". I don't know why this message is shown while login and how should i troubleshoot it?
To get rid of this error, edit Domain policy, navigate to security settings > Log on Locally & add Authenticated users, Everyone (If you don't want to deny specific users to login). Reboot your XP machine, so that it can get policy from DC.
