CCE Installation fails in Convert-CcIsoToVhdx RRS feed

    Hi,

    I am trying to install CCE on a new machine. I've installed a fresh Windows Server 2012 R2 run a few cycles of windows update, till no update is available. I also installed .NET 4.7.2.

    I've followed the instructions in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/skype-for-business-hybrid-solutions/plan-your-phone-system-cloud-pbx-solution/prepare-your-cloud-connector-appliance as well as the step-by-step guide.

    When I run the Convert-CcIsoToVhdx, it creates a VM but then it stuck with the following message:

    Enabling credentials delegation for NTLM on host machine

    And after a while I get a message that the configuration of the OS takes longer than usual and then it quit.

    What am I doing wrong?

    I've found that the issue is probably due to 

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4093492/credssp-updates-for-cve-2018-0886-march-13-2018

    Running the following

    REG ADD HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\CredSSP\Parameters /v AllowEncryptionOracle /t REG_DWORD /d 2
    And rebooting the machine, solved the issue.
