Can I deploy windows 2012 essentials server without running eesentials wizard?

Hi
Essentials must be the domain controller at the root of the forest and domain,and must hold all the fsmo roles,so there is no way.

Hi,
Windows Server 2012 Essentials should be the DC in domain. and the wizard shouldn’t be skipped. I am wondering why you want to do this?
If you need a Essentials as a member server, you may consider Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard/Datacenter with Windows Server Essentials Experience role. Detailed information you may reference:
