Adding W2K8 R2 domain controller to domain - effect on Exchange?

Question
-
Current domain configuration:
2 domain controllers - W2K3 SP2
DFL = W2K3
FFL = W2K3
Exchange 2007 SP2 RU 10 (one server with CA,HT,MB roles).
-------------
I'm planning to replace one of the W2K3 domain controllers with a W2K8 R2 DC. In fact, I will use the same hardware.
My question is: will adding a W2K8 R2 DC have any effect on Exchange operations?
Are there any known problems or issues that forum members have encountered?
I have already run the ADPREP /FORESTPREP and /DOMAINPREP commands, with no problems encountered.
Thank you in advance!

You should be fine adding DC.
For Exchange sake, also make it Global Catalog. During the swicth/upgrade make sure that there exists a GC otherwise Exchange wont be happy until you get a GC up and running.
