    password or username incorrect Until i disconnect the internet wire and turn on the computer again 

    notice: this is workgroub computer in work office

    Hi,

    Could you please give a screenshot about the message and upload the screenshot onto OneDrive and share the link here?

    Did the message occur automatically when you boot PC?

    If yes, please check if the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer setting is checked.

    1. Press WinKey+R , type control userpasswords2 in the box, and click OK . 

    2. Check the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer setting.

    3. Click OK.

    Did the message occur automatically when you boot PC?

    Did all computers occur this issue?

    Please try to click Add… to add a user to see if it will show the user and Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer setting.

    Please also try to run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to check system files and recovery corrupted files, here are steps:

    1. Open Command Prompt (as administrator).

    2. Type sfc /scannow, and then press Enter.
