Outlook not syncing with Icloud for Windows RRS feed

  • For years, my system of calander syncing worked perfectly until Mid Jan 2019.  There has obvioulsy been an update of some sort as Calander appointments in my Outlook 2016 have stopped syncing properly. An appointment I put in Outlook appears on Icloud.com, but any appointment I put in Icloud.com or on my iPhone doesnt come through to Outlook. 

    I have tried all the recommended things like repair Office, reinstall Office, remove Icloud for Windows, reinstall it.  Untick mali/contacts on the app and re-tick it.  signing out of icloud for windows and signing back in. Creating a new Outlook profile and NOTHING works.  I am only getting about 30% of my appointments fed through to Outlook 

    Can someone please help????

    As this is a recently occurred issue, could you please tell us if you have made any changes to Outlook or iCloud before the issue occurred?
    What's the detailed build number of your Outlook? You may collect the detailed version information via File > Office Account > About Outlook.

    Besides, as this problem involves icloud, personally I'd like to recommend also contact the customer support for iCloud to see if other users have encountered a similar situation.
