I wonder if it is possible to remove the ugly IVR information from the user when i use an audio question?
I am thinking about the

I think it's enough that it says IVR Information: Answer:1
When i use an text answer it looks clean and i can live with that.
Example:
IVR Information:
Question: What number do you wanna press?

Hey. That text was still there the last time I tried. Actually what we are using now is an 3rd part Attendant system which is called Competella. A lot of extra functionalities for the queues. Maybe the response group service in Lync 2013 is upgraded. Have not been able to test it yet.Friday, November 9, 2012 7:41 AM
