    I bought a windows vista toshiba satellite A205 but lost the product key.

    then sadly your screwed, unless you can run magicjellybean on a pc that has that licence already installed
    Sorry if my replies are a bit brief but i feel we learn more if we have to think about things. A small clue is better than a spoiler.

    hi buchey,

    if you phone Microsoft regarding activation issue's and give then the number that is on the bottom of your laptop they will be able to assist you in activating your software.

    also toshiba will be able to give you the product key for that laptop if it was oem.

    all is not lost
