Exchange System Attendance Service shutdown automatically RRS feed

  • Dear All,

    Today I am facing different issue.

    All of a sudden exchange system attendant service shutdown automatically, I need to submit RCA to client.

    Please some one suggest on this based on your experience.

  • RCA always start with Event Log and then to diagnostics logging...

    If Exe behind the service is getting crashed then you might need to start looking for latest rollup/cumulative updates or contact Microsoft for crash dump analysis...

    Can you restart the System Attendant service?

    I suggest try to install the latest patch. Also please collect related Error/Warning message from App log.
