Dear All,
Today I am facing different issue.
All of a sudden exchange system attendant service shutdown automatically, I need to submit RCA to client.
Please some one suggest on this based on your experience.

RCA always start with Event Log and then to diagnostics logging...
If Exe behind the service is getting crashed then you might need to start looking for latest rollup/cumulative updates or contact Microsoft for crash dump analysis...

Hi Jay,
Can you restart the System Attendant service?
I suggest try to install the latest patch. Also please collect related Error/Warning message from App log.
