We have a Windows 2008 SBS Server running Exchange 2007 server.
Lately we have to restart the server for external email to come in. Resetting the IIS does not help. Stopping and starting the Exchange services does not help. While the server is in this situation, internal email works, outbound external email works but
users cannot receive external email.
Restarting the server seems to fix the issue temporarily.
Application or System event logs do not have any errors related to this.
