  • Question

  • Recently created a Microsoft account.  Somehow, an old email address was retrieved.  The old email keeps appearing prompting me to enter the password for that old email.  How can I "delete" that account and continue on with the new account?

  • Hi Lonnie Jackson.

Read the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 12412 to know how you can close a Microsoft account.

    Bye.
