Issues with SCE 2010 RTM and Exchange 2010 MP

Question

Hi
I'm using SCE 2010 RTM and have installed the MP for Exchange 2010. I'm having the same problem I had with the Beta and RC where I have agent errors stating that "Critical updates for SCOM are not installed for Exchange 2010. It effects all monitored computers. According the the research I've done all hotfixes regarding this issue are included with SCE 2010 RTM.
I have temporarily disabled the alerts.
Does anyone know how to sort this issue out.
In addition I've noticed on the Exchange 2010 MP support matrix that virtualized Exchange is not supported. It does seem however that SCE is monitoring Exchange 2010 on my system although I cannot be sure if it is working correctly.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi Ralph,
Can you let me know the version string reported in the Help -> About window of the Essentials console?
Also, did you do an upgrade from RC to RTM, or did you do a clean install?
Thanks
Richard

update: used rtm eval and things are better. had some cleanup to do even after uninstall / install. sce left OUs in active directory that made the policy analyzer thing I didn't have enough permissions for AD based policy. Other (New) problems in new post.
