Colleagues, good afternoon. Tell me, there was a problem, deployed SCSM 2019 in a domain environment. Everything works correctly, but there is a problem with the self-service portal: it requires authorization in the chrome browser, in IE everything works.
Where to look? in IIS settings, I checked everything according to the deployment recommendations https://docs.microsoft.com/ru-ru/system-center/scsm/learn-self-service-portal?view=sc-sm-2019., set it even in the provider NTLM priority further Negotiate
from what has been done:
1 Added explicit address to Intranet zone. For an intranet zone through policies, there is an automatic substitution of login and password
2 Added explicitly to the white list for integrated authentication by Chrome EDGE
AuthServerWhitelist
It still requires authorization in chrome and edge. Everything is fine in IE.
Although we use Sharepoint 2016 configured through the NTLM protocol and chrome and IE work fine there
we have a policy in our domain:
Network security: LAN Manager authentication level |
Send NTLMv2 response only. Refuse LM & NTLM |
