  • Hi,

Which edition of Windows 7 do you use? In Windows 7 enterprise or higher there is a method to add a language package to the Windows 7, here is the way:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972813/en-us

After installing the language package, you can change the display language in this way:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/install-or-change-a-display-language

As for the web camera, what information do your want to express?  if you have any other question, you can post again.

  • You can only switch between English and Spanish if you have Windows 7 Ultimate and have the language pack installed.

Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. ”
