Internet browser or Word loses "focus" randomly. RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I'm on an internet browser, either scrolling or typing, it will eventually lose focus; the top bar's color becomes dull as though I clicked on the windows task bar. I'm not running any other programs, and when this happens I have to then click on the window again and continue to scroll/type. The same thing happens on Microsoft Word.

This happens every few seconds, sometimes minutes apart. I checked the device manager and looked at MOST of the drivers,  the ones I looked at are all up to date. Not sure what else to check. I don't have AVG either.
