Shared Files Cannot be Saved RRS feed

  • Question

  • All of our files are stored on a Windows 2003 server.  We have no problems accessing and using those files with Windows 7 and Word 2003.  However, Windows 7 and Word 2010 files are difficult to load (take at least 30 seconds) and won't save.  Interestingly, if I attempt to use Open Office from the same computer and on the same files, everything works as expected.  Any suggestions?
