  • tHERE ARE THREE POSSIBILITIES, BUT YOUR SOLUTION EITHER LIES IN VISITING THE MAKER OF THE processor's support portal to download and install the correct drivers for your chipset devices, of which your audio chip is one of, or trying the site listed in my tag at the end of my answer...

"http://downloadcenter.intel.com ". If your machine is "Intel Inside".

"http://support.amd.com ".   For an AMD equipped device.

"http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/default.aspx ". This is MICROSOFT'S new, FREE, fully automated, anonymous support portal, which can help users resolve windows and other product issues with a few mouse clicks. BOOKMARK THIS SITE, EVERYBODY !!!

  • Hi,

Please let me know the detailed symptom of this issue. Also, I would like to confirm that if there is any error code or error message received.

You may try to access the manufacturer’s site to install the related drivers to test this issue.

    Regards,
