Missing Adminitrative Line for approval RRS feed

  • Question

  • When a user goes to PWA home page he sees this :

There are 2 Admin time off requests. But when he goes to approval center he sees only 1 Admin Item.

We have confirmed that NO FILTER is applied and also confirmed permissions. it seems like somewhere something might be stuck, but do not see anything related in the queue. We can also not confirm exactly when the issue started happening as the user is also not sure.

Would appreciate your feedback on this.

  • Hi Andre,

Can you ask the resource(s) to recall and submit again the timesheet?

    Hope this helps,

  • Hi Guillaume,

Thanks for your suggestion. The problem is we do not know, from whom or when it happened. So we have no idea what timesheet to recall

  • What you could do is to go to the approval center - history - timesheet, and see the pending timesheets.

Then either you make a query for the administrative time for timesheets where the user is the timesheet manager, or you can go manually checking for the team members who have the user as timesheet manager and check for their administrative time.

    Hope this helps,

  • Hi Guillaume,

We have already done that. Hence asking the question here. There are no visible signs of the Administrative task anywhere. The only timesheet for approval is the current one, one of the two tasks appears on there.

The other missing one we cant find anywhere. It would seem that we will have to query the DB to perhaps find it.

  • Hello Andre

I think you are on the right track. Write a query and see who submitted those admin tasks and check the status.

My initial thought was the two admin request are the same but for different timesheets or periods and thus you only see one.  Can you expand the time period and see more than a week?
