  • EVERYTHING IN MY MEDIA PLAYER WORKS JUST FINE EXCEPT ONE HING. WHEN I RIP MUSIC FROM A CD TO SAVE IN MY LIBRARY...IT RIPS AS IT SHOULD BUT IT DOES NOT KEEP ANYTHING IN THE LIBRARY OR ANY RECORD OF IT EVER BEING THERE. WHAT CAN I DO? I HAVE TRIED REINSTALLING AND THAT WAS NO GOOD. IT WORKED FINE ON WINDOWS 7 THEN I GOT THE FREE UPGRADE AND IT WORKED OK FOR AWHILE AND NOW THIS PROBLEM STARTED. EVEN THE TROUBLE SHOOTER DOESN'T GIVE ME ANY HELP. I AM NOT COMPUTER LITERATE SO BE EASY ON ME IF YOU ARE ABLE TO HELP ME. THANK-YOU!

  • To my knowledge, Windows Media Player automatically places your ripped CDs into your Music folder. You can find your newly ripped music there as well as in the Windows Media Player Library.

    If they don’t stay in there, try to turn off and turn on WMP to see the result.
