Lync 2013, how to prevent users from modifying Call Forward (and Sim Ringing) settings RRS feed

    Hi all,

    I wondering if there is a way to prevent the users from modifying their Call Forward and Sim Ringing settings.

    I'm configuring CFW and Sim Ringing via an app using SEFA Util  and I do not want users to modify these settings autonomously.

    Is there a way ?

    Is this possible also in Lync 2010 ?

    Unfortunately there is not a way to prevent this.  The entire idea behind Lync is to empower the end user to control/do what they want with their phone.  You could script the SEFAUtil every evening if you really wanted to 'force' them back.
