    I am attempting to use a service desk to schedule attendees to join training I have already scheduled in Outlook in a Calendar on our servicedesk O365 account.  I want to add a single attendee to the event based on the request.  Unfortunately when I do the following, it sends the invite to the requestor, but any previously invited attendees are removed.  How can I fix this?  Please see below:

    Hi,

    Welcome to our forum.

    You can achieve this purpose in Outlook client by right-clicking the event then choose Invite Attendees.


    And here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. If you’d like to solve this issue by using Microsoft Graph, it is suggested to post a new thread to the MSDN forum for Outlook for more dedicated response.
