    Good afternoon,

    There appears to be a limitation with public folders which means that you cannot select 'Apply Current View to Other Mail Folders'. can anyone explain the reason for this or whether there is a way around it?

    Hi Philip,

    I'm not sure the reason it was designed to, but if you need to use the view on several folders, you can make a master view that is for all Mail and Post folders, then copy it for each folder, choosing the this folder option. See this article for more information:
