  • how to prevent email from going to junk mail in exchange 2010?

    Could you tell us the issue you have occur?

    Please verify that your IP address has a valid PTR record in DNS and not blacklisted.

    If you want to generate an SPF records you can use the following link.

    Here is the documentation on the built-in Exchange 2010 antispam features.  I'm sure you can tune it so that no mail goes to Junk Mail, or you can better tune the settings to your liking.
