System comes up with the libraries RRS feed

  • Question

  • Trivial question, but ...
I was confronted today with a new Win7 laptop (Packard-Bell) in which, after system, start the Libraries are shown automatically, instead of a nice clean desktop. Can anybody tell me how this was accomplished and more important how to change this?

  • Examine your startup folder where packard bell may have slipped in a shortcut by navigating to this folder:

    computer > system partition > \ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

    and see what's in startup.

  • Why blame HP?

    Libraries are preconfigured.

    Use them.

    LOVE then @.@

They are the new My Documents folders.. and overcoat for them, and a good place to put all distributed folders too.

Thank you. I have asked the user to let us know what's in that folder and will report asap.

Sorry Izim, your reply is not useful at all.
    1. It had nothing to do with HP.
    2) I was not blaming anybody.
    3) I asked a question which you are not answering.
