    Hi guys,

    I hope you can help.

    In my SP2016 farm, when I go to Add Apps> From your organization > the message shows that there is nothing here yet 

    I've uploaded 3 apps in my App Catalog sites. And All domain user have read access to it. This is 3rd party App and it works in my DEV.

    I can confirm the APP and Subscriptions services both are running. 

    And also when I ping App-12345678ABCDEF.contosoapp.com, the IP of server returns which shows the forward zone setup with no issue.

    has anyone seen similar issue like this in SP2016?  

    Could it be my services are corrupted and I need to reinstall them again.

    Any advice greatly appreciated

    After fully patch the server with the latest CU (both KBs), this issue has been resolved.

    I can confirm this is already setup as recommand.

    I'm suspecting a windows security patch broken the service.

    I'm running full CU update in the farm and report back if still is the issue...
