According to your description, do you mean you have the business email account configured in your Outlook, and every mail sent from this account to others/' @outlook.com or @hotmail.com goes to Junk folders in their Outlook?
Does this issue affect other users in your environment?
Have you checked in OWA and see if the issue persists?
Please check if the receivers have any relevant rules set in their Outlook.
