User left the company, need to access everything in their mySite RRS feed

    How can I access someone's personal documents and their complete MySite to be sure that we have all of the important information we need?

    They are no longer with the company. Can I do that from central admin?

    Hi,

    If you are the site collection administrator OR Farm administrator then you can see all the content of the site. Just you need to add your name in site collection.
