exchange server 2003 - exchnage full administrator delegation eror RRS feed

    i have two domains with fullly transitive trust between them and 3 exchnage server on domain A

    i want do install exchange 2003 on domain B and to make it happen i need exchnage full administrator permission for one of the users (with him i will install the exchange) in domain B

    when i click delegate in the exhchange server on domain A and trying to add the user in domain B to the group i get this error -

    the delegation wizard cannot grant/change permission for DomainB\User

    dammm please help me!

    i noticed that when i try to add a user from domain A to the group "exchnage full administrator" i get the same error

    Hi,

    1 Please make sure using an Exchange full Administrator account.

    2 Get into adsiedit (support tools form server cd) and under the domain configuration container, you'll see excange and first administrative group. Somewhere under there, you'll need to find whether there's deny permission and undo it.
    The following is the tree where you will find what you are looking for:

    1. Install Support Tools from Windows 2003 CD 1

    2. Click Start > Run > type ADSIEDIT.MSC > click OK

    3. Navigate to the following:

    Configuration (Domain) \ Cn=Configuration,DC=xxxxxxx,DC=com \ CN=Services\CN=Microsoft Exchange
