    I have 53 names on a database in Excel and when I merge this into word to print out envelopes it gets into a loop and keeps printing over and over again and if I don't turn the printer off then I would have thousands of envelopes printed.  Is there a way to only print 1 set of addresses?

    I am only new to setting up databases and really need some help.

    What steps are you using?

    Assuming that you are merging directly to the printer, an alternative that might help you save some envelopes would be to merge to a new document first, then print that, defining the range of sections/pages to print, e.g. as p1s1-p1s53
