Hello ,
Can some one let me know the architecture of Exchange database ? How the mailbox are stored in the database and other relevant things.

Well depending on the version you're using the architecture will be different. SIS has been removed in 2010, I believe it was still around for attachments in 2007.
SG don't exist anymore on 2010 as they did with 2007/2003.
