Hi,
I have Outllook Web access on a 2003 Standard R2 Server
OWA constantly fails to load and I am trying to find a fix for this
We have recreated the Virtual Directories within IIS and this works temporarily before the problem occurs again.
We are now having to restart the server in order to rectify the problem when the problem occurs

Hi,
Thanks for the update. I would suggest you rebuild the IIS since recreating the Virtual Directory did not work.
Refer to:
How to remove and to reinstall IIS on a computer that is running Exchange Server

Hope it is helpful.

Define fail to load?
Does a reboot resolve the issue? If so then it is sounding like interference or a conflict. What else is on the machine?
If you browse to http://server/ do you get the IIS screen or something else? Are you using SSL?

Hi
There is no error as such just that the page cannot be displayed
I used the following http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Fixing-Damaged-Incorrectly-Configured-OWA-2003-Installation.html
to try and rectify the issue which fixes the problem but then it goes back to no displaying the OWA page
Any further ideas?

Are you using SSL?
A bad SSL certificate can also stop OWA from loading correctly.
