Create subscription with additional criteria based on two target classes RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi there,

is it possible to create a criteria using two target classes? For example class "Trouble Ticket Analyst Comments" and class "Incident". From the first class I need the property "Is private" and from the Incident class I want to link the property "Title". So my first idea was to split the criteria in separte files (MP) and combine them later into one xml.  Is that possible, cut the expression from one file and paste it into the right section in the other MP and don't loose the $context?

  • To get this done you need a Type Projection in SCSM

    Hope this helps.

  • Thx for this hint. In addition, I can't see where to link this sealed MP after import? Because there is no menu entry "combination classes" for subscriptions, like I do have when creating a custom view, as you can see in the following picture. If I click on creating subscription I can only choose between "Frequently used basic classes" and "All basic classes".
