Windows Server 2008 R2 GPO config help

-
Hi All,
I would like some help/tips in configuring GPO for a specific situation.
First give an idea how my business is setup and then what i would like to achieve :
I have 3 branches and each has its own OU and GPO linked.
The branches have their own file server which they mapped to. ( which is configured in the GPO )
Now sometimes an employee substitutes another employee from another branch . ( ex. user A from Branch A goes to Branch B to substitute )
Currently we move the user form OU Branch A to OU Branch B the day before and than move it back to the original branch if they return.
Is it possible for Users to go to any branch with me having to constant switch their user object on the DC ????
sorry for my bad English.
Regards ,
Donovan

Hi,
Martin's answer would be a good suggestion. You can create 3 different sites with different subnets. And apply the group policy such as drive mapping to the relevant site. In that way, the customer transfers from one site to another wouldn't impact the IT support team.
You can check the below link for the details about how to create active directory sites within one domain:

Hope it helps.
