  • Question

  • Hi,

Is there any way we can change the ExternalSIP IP address in INI file without rebuild the CCE server?

One more query, Instead of using public IP address in ExternalSIP parameter in ini file, can we use a "Fqdn" resolving the public IP address via internal DNS, so that we can avoid rebuilding the CCE servers when we change the public IP.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Regards,
    MS

  • Hi MadhuSri011,

According to the official document, when you want to change the configuration settings after the appliance is deployed, you can modify the CloudConnector.ini file, then you need to start the deployment again. You could refer to Modify the configuration of an existing Cloud Connector deployment. There’s no way to change the INI file without rebuild CCE Server.

You should change the  IP address of FQDN in the public DNS ,if you have NAT, you should change it as well. About this, you could refer to the similar case
