I have restarted System Attendant service on active node of cluster and the error is no more there, but when i am changing properties now like increasing recipient limit of specific users, it is not reflected at user end...
Also please guide me why that error was occurring.

set-mailbox Failed Error: The Exchange server address list service failed to respond. This could be because of an address list or email address policy configuration error.
This error, this error is solved by restarting SA service, the SA service was already running i just restart it, so what was the problem that required me to restart SA service.
