  • Hi,

The most common cause for this issue is device driver. This situation appears when the problematic device driver tries to access an inaccessible area on the PC’s memory. However, this area is always used by the operating system.

Since this issue is linked to memory, we could test the memory whether it is healthy. It’s convenient to use Windows Memory diagnostic tool to achieve test.

1.Press the Windows Key + R to open the run dialog.

2.In the Run dialog, type mdsched.exe -> press Enter

3.Follow the instructions to complete the scan.

If the scan concluded that the computer memory is defected, then we need to replace it as soon as possible.

After test memory, we should pay attention to the device driver.

Have you installed some software or drivers(especially, camera or video related) before this issue occurred? If so, uninstall them and test the effect. I advise you to download and install drivers from the manufacturer official website according to your system. The DELL support website below can give us a guide.

Last but not least, if it’s convenient to you, please upload DMP files(path: C:\Windows\Minidump) to a file sharing service like Onedrive or "Rapidshare" and put a link to in your reply.

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here
If you have any questions about the procedure please ask
