Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 DPM Self Service Recovery Tool RRS feed

  • After installing Update rollup 7 for System Center 2012r2 -  Data Protection Manager (KB3065246) on 9/4/2015 the self-service recovery tool no longer works. I get the following error.

    Make sure that the DPM server is online and that the required firewall exception for the port 6075 have been configured on it. If the issue persists, contact your DPM administrator. (ID:33106)

  • We are also experiencing the same issue after upgrading to UR7. Was working fine pre-UR7 though. Not much documented on the issue anywhere either. Same error message as Max-726 also.
