    Hi,

    Are there any documented issues associated with using a hyphen in a WSUS server name in environments where there are multiple WSUS servers? (i.e. WSUS-U or WSUS-D)

    It's OK, you may use hyphen in WSUS server name. Please check the following article for the detailed naming restrictions:
