Project Server 2013: user has problems with cache handling in Project Pro 2013 RRS feed

  • Question

  • a user (Project Manager) has problems with his cache: he checks-in his Project in Project Pro 2013. According to the server log file it's checked-in within a second. But his cache still says "Checking in...". The user has the same problems when he tries to check-out a project or to save a project. It looks like that the communication between the server and the client cache is corrupted. Only cleaning the cache on client-side helps. But it's annoying to have to clean the cache several times a day. All other project managers don't have troubles with their client cache. Any idea? The user is operating with Windows 7, but many Project Managers operate with Windows 7.
