Hi,
Before moving on, I would like to confirm that if there are any programs installed before the issue occurs.
This error can be caused by the Runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries are missing or software problem.
If the issue is caused by Runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries, you can reinstall it to resolve the problem. Please download it via the following
link:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008
Redistributable Package (x86)
If the issue still persists after installing above package, the issue should be a software problem. I suggest you boot in
Clean Boot
to check whether it is a software conflict issue. If not, it is still recommended to address the problem with manufacturer support. Thank you for your understanding.
Regards,
Sabrina
