Looking to make a rule for external emails to 10 or more users RRS feed

    Hello,

    I am looking to make a rule that states the following:

    Anyone Outside the organization that emails 10 or more users Internally has to be redirected to me for approval.

    I am able to find the Outside the Organization in the create rule guide and have it set to forward to me for approval. My problem is, how can I find the option that states "10 or more users" without being specific on the users.

    Any help? Thanks in advance.

    You cannot achieve this with transport rules, as there is no condition to detect the number of recipients. You will need to create a custom transport agent.
