  • Hi David - Afaik this issue is resolved in 8.0.5, released in July 2016.

    More info on catalina.out:

    https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/microsoftrservertigerteam/2016/09/09/deployrlogrotation/

Note that Operationalization is completely updated starting 9.0, and that support of 8.0.0 ended 1/1/2018, and support for 8.0.5 will end on 7/1/2018.

    Hope this helps?

The issue was with respect to the "event-stream" API and its waiting logic which unnecessarily does logging.

The result is a bloated log file as you described.

What Version will fixed the issue?

This was fixed in a later drop and hotfixed for some earlier versions and distributed to some.

I don't have the 8.x sem-version in front of me at the moment however the defect was fixed.
