Incident View "Created Date" is American format RRS feed

  • Question

  • No matter what we try, when using the All Open Incidents view the created date column shows up in US date format and the last modified date is showing UK.

    Any ideas?

  • This problem has gone with the upgrade to using version .34 release today of the Advanced View Editor and then re-creating the views.

  • We noticed this as well: Created date in US date format and last modified date is shown based on the regional settings on the computer with SCSM console. Seems to be a bug.

  • You can use Advanced View Editor to change date format.

  • We use the AVE but it still has the wrong format. In the options it will offer you "30 January 2013" (long date) but then display it as "January 30, 2013". The same is true for if I select 30/01/2013 is will display 01/30/2013.

  • Can you check version of the AVE? It must be .24 or higher.
